Cobblestone Commons

Located in the heart of Shockoe Slip, Cobblestone Commons was once home to the Davenport Company and Jordan’s Old Virginia Smokehouse. The building was partially burned down in the Evacuation Fire of 1865 and rebuilt. The renovation preserved some very unique elements that are incorporated in the apartments including exposed brick and steel fire doors.

Bobber Flats at Shockoe Valley Heights

Bobber Flats was the first phase of the Shockoe Valley Heights project. It was originally the Ideal Fish and Float Factory which produced – you guessed it – bobbers. Developed using state and federal historic tax credits, Bobber Flats’ 41 units maintain the architectural and historic integrity of an era long gone, while offering it’s residents all of the creature comforts of today.
